Can Performance Award be counted for earning?

I was awarded best performance award for the year 2007 with a handsome cash prize in the form of PAYMENT ORDER, can i include it in my calculation for past 12 months earning?

I have following documents to show this earning/award

1) Letter from President of Bank
2) Bank statement showing Clearing Amount
3) Letter from Bank Manager

if i include this amount i am through for Tier-1 ...

you need two different sources of evidence. e.g. Payslips and Bank statement

Do you have?

These prizes are not the part of pay package hence not declare on PAYSLIP, I was given PAYMENT ORDER which i lodge in my salary account, it shows transaction as "Clearing"....

You can't count the prize money.

Not unless it is considered as a bonus based on merit and is cited in your work contract.
This sounds like a separate award and is not per se salary connected.
