Can PSW dependant work full time

My wife has completed master's degree back home and is interested in pursuing career in UK when she comes on PSW dependant visa. I have tried to find out this information whether PSW dependants are allowed to work full time or not but unfortunately couldn't get much information.

Any information on this would be great
