Can she change her visa form Student to Dependent in UK?

Can she change her visa form Student to Dependent in UK?

Hi guys,

My wife has Student visa which will expire in 2 months and she needs to change it to dependent visa on me (I have HSMP visa until next year).

We are both in UK.

Is it possible to change it from inside UK or she has to go back to her country (Iran)?
