Can someone recommend a good Immigration Solicitor?

Post by Patience » Tue May 02, 2006 5:08 pm

I am based in London. I want to get advice of applying for a residence permit as a non EEA national on the basis that my partner ( unmarried and leaving together for 2 years and above) is an EEA national. She is living and working in the UK. We have all the neccesary documentation to provide as proof of a genuine relationship.

What form should I go for?
Do we really need a solicitor's help with our application?
What are the steps I should follow?
