Hi Experts,

I think I cannot start job before CoS start date. But I want to confirm this with experts.

I am switching employer under Tier 2 general. I got new BRP and my start date as per new CoS is 19 June 2017, However, my new employer wants to join on 16th June 2017?

Can I join? Is it against UKVI rules? Please confirm.
