can i swtich from tier 4 to tier 1(General)

I just started my studies (19th april) and with new rule im eligible to apply for tier 1 visa is these possible to switch visa from tier 4 to tier 1 within UK?

The immigration categories from which you can switch into the highly skilled worker category
If you are in the United Kingdom and wish to stay as a highly skilled worker, you will need to be sure that you can switch into this category.
Switching into this category is allowed if you currently hold leave in the following categories:

i sumbitted tier 4 visa copy to university now if i switch over from tier 4 to tier 1 will ukba or university raise any objection??

This has been debated and still is being debated that whether one can study on Tier 1 visa. Some say yes and some say no.

So, it is better you speak to your Uni and confirm.

Also read the below link which says that one can study on tier 1.

IF U R ELIGIBLE TO APPLY THAN submit application from home country

results r coming in 4 weeks and u will be fine

I was in the same confusion like you are facing currently and so after lots of head scratching. I got the best agent for the visas and this person helped me to get this tier 1 visa.
