Can't view the documents I uploaded for biometrics appointment

Hey everyone,

I booked my biometric appointment for Naturalisation tomorrow. I uploaded all the necessary documents to the TLS portal, but when I now go to the documents tab (post submission and payment) to see what's been uploaded, it is left blank while the upload status is "submitted"

Am I supposed to be able to view the documents already submitted? It won't let you edit the documents. The page has been very buggy so I can't tell if it's normal to not see if / which documents have been submitted or if they aren't there.

On the old system one couldn't see the documents once they had been uploaded. Don't know if TLS contact handles it differently.

I think with TLS you have access to your documents or can upload any other up to 24 hours before the appointment. This also was the case with the previous provider Sopra Steria.

The previous provider would let you upload up to 48 hours before but not visualise what you had uploaded.

It's the same with TLS - you can't visualise what you've uploaded. Additionally, once you hit "submit" you can't go back and add any more files or edit anything regardless of how much time is left until your appointment.

I had same issue, got appointment next Wednesday, it only takes 10 docs at a time and it said I could upload again, but once submitted i can't upload anymore. Anyone knows if I can pay £50 for docs upload service and add extra documents during my appointment next week?

If you pay the £50 you should be able to upload more documents at the appointment, or the staff there may be able to offer some advice.

I Couldn't do myself, Paid £50 and they did upload for me.

Hi DBK, out of curiosity what did you forget that made you realise you needed to upload more documents? I'm about to upload mine soon & as there isn't actually a clear checklist of everything you need, I'm not sure what else I could possibly be missing. Thank you!
