Post by Sampadiman » Mon Sep 03, 2007 6:58 pm

Hi,
May be it is ridicules, but I do not really know after I applied for HSMP in UK and meanwhile applying for skilled migrant visa in Australia, Hopefully
Can I have both of them; I mean permanent Visa of UK and Permanent Visa of Australia?
Thanks in Advance

Well, you can have both the stamps in your passport, but unless you have some special magic powers you won't be able to reside in both countries.

When you come to apply to extend your HSMP, the Home Office will need to see evidence of working in the UK.
