Can Tier-1 Dependent apply ILR under Domestic Violence

Hi All

My wife reported to police under Common Assualt that i twisted her arm. I did not know what she was planning. it was a normal argument but she went to police. Now, I have an idea that she was planning to apply ILR under Domestic Violence circumstances.

Can anyone know that whether Tier-1 Dependent can apply for ILR under Domestic Violence. She came to UK Jan-2011.
