Can I use FLR FP instead of FLR FM

Post by fifime » Tue Jul 29, 2014 5:36 pm

Here is my background. Came here in 2012 on a Tier 4 student visa with a child, subsequently married my child's father in Sep 2013 who got his ILR in Feb 2014. Student visa expired in Jan 2014, applied for leave to remain for myself and my dependant using FLRO as a partner of a person with limited leave to remain bcos he didnt have his ILR yet. They sent me relevant pages of FLR FP form after I sent his ILR and granted me LOTR for 3months till Aug 2014 bcos i was due to have a child in April and refused my partner route application in FLR FP on the basis that I cannot prove that me and my partner cannot live outside the UK.

My partner is on an annual income of 19,000 and consequently cannot sponsor both me and my dependent. My question is:

1. Can I apply for myself alone on FLR FM and leave out my daughter but there is a portion asking you to list all children born to you and living with you, how do I deal with that or

2. Can I use the FLR FP form again and apply for both me and my dependent? What documents will I need to present to enable me get a grant and would I have a right of appeal if refused.

Please will appreciate any prompt response as the visa is expiring on saturday and I need to send out latest thursday. I have filled both forms but confused which to use.

Perhaps FLR(M) and appeal?

Thank you Amber for responding. Should I include my daughter then?
