Can my wife go for full time study and i on her spouse

Hello

One of my friend asked me a question the question is

I am on student visa right now and my wife is on my spouse(dependent)
visa , she wants to do a full time course(Masters) in uni is it possible for her ? can she get student visa while she is here?
secondly can i convert my student visa to dependent visa on her if she gets the admission and visa.
Can i convert it while i am here or do we have to go back after taking place in the uni and paying full fee.
