Can my wife use her A2 English Certificate for her 2nd extension

Dear Forum members,
My wife is due for her 2nd Spouse visa extension in May, is it possible for her to use her A2 English Certificate (Passed at the Start of 2020 before her 1st spouse visa Extension) with her 2nd spouse visa extension? or does she need to Pass it again?

Note: She was out of the UK for 2 years that's why she needs a 2nd extension to complete her 5 years.

Yes it can be reused as successfully used for a previous application
