My wife applies to a 2-years college
- 1 - Is there some possibility her visa be granted while mine, as her spouse, be denied?
2 - If I get a visa, will it be a open work permit... for sure?
Now, let's suppose we both got a Visa, her as student+COOP and mine as a open work permit:
- 3 - After a year working under some NOC, can I apply under FSW including my spouse(who holds a student+COOP permit) as my dependent? Is there some problem doing that?
