My brother is currently applying for a Canadian PR through the MRPS route.
He is using an immigration consultant firm to guide him through the process and they have asked him to provide reference from all employers for the past 10 years.
In this regard, I would like to mention that the only relevant experience that is being needed for his qualifying criteria / Points is his current experience and hence I wanted to ask if his current employer reference would suffice as that is the only relevant experience for the points?
Also how should one approach one's current employer for a reference for a PR which implicitly points to the fact that he will be leaving the organisation once his PR is approved?
Any advise or thoughts on this will be much appreciated.
