Canadian to Marry Algerian without papers

I am a Canadian who has fallen for an Algerian without papers in Greece. We are looking for next steps to being legal process to be married with the ultimate goal of bringing him to Canada. My entry visa expires in 30 days, he has no papers...

We want to be married, wherever, however is not important just looking at ways to stay together and where/how that can happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
