Finding IT job in Regina and Saskatoon or anywhere in SK

I am here in Regina, SK Landed as PR in Feb, 2018 and I am trying to find job in my field NOC: 2174 and 2175 Web/PHP Developer, Web Designers and Developers.

I Tried contacting agents and Searching on Top Classified websites like https://www.kijiji.ca/ and https://okz.ca/ but couldn't find any.

I can only work in SK as I am on SK PNP :roll:

Any help would be appreciated!
