Hello People help me please ??

I have received received become a british citizen, professionally , i am a qualified design engineer , i have a mechanical engineering degree with few years experience , i want to relocate to canada with the FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM can anyone tell me , first

1) where to take the test CELPIP in the Uk ?

2) When they ask for police clearance letter do they want both of my country of birth and my new
citizenship country ?

3)I have a partner and two kids will it be possible to move with them too?

4) is it possible to get a job while you are in the Uk ?

and what other things do i need to know please help
