Hi,My wife is working as a Speech and Hearing therapist for the past 6 years.

She wrote IELTS General test and got a score of 8 for each of the module. Can we apply for Canada migration with her as a primary applicant or does she have to take IELTS Academic examination.

You have to take the general test if applying to immigrate (ie. as a resident).
You have to take the academic test if applying to study (non-immigrant).

With regards to the NOC code, suggest you check the number out in the website and check whether the job description they have matches with what your wife has done.

Good luck.
