Hi,My wife is working as a Speech and Hearing therapist for the past 6 years.
She wrote IELTS General test and got a score of 8 for each of the module.Can we apply for Canada migration with her as a primary applicant or does she have to take IELTS Academic examination.
Please help me.

You have to take the general test if applying to immigrate (ie. as a resident).
You have to take the academic test if applying to study (non-immigrant).
With regards to the NOC code, suggest you check the number out in the website and check whether the job description they have matches with what your wife has done.
