Question regarding appending the information

Brief Introduction: Applied for Immigration on sep. 2001 and presently my case is being processed under Former Laws 1978 and subjected for an Interview but the date has not been scheduled so far.

My Query: I got married on 8 Dec. 2004 and want to append this information to my case. What form should I fill to get it processed. Please guide me.

You need to fill Schedule 1 + additional information form from your spouse. And also atatch a cover letter explaining that u have got married. In addition to this you need to provide marriage proof ( Marriage certificate, 2-3 photographs of marriage), Passport photocopy Notarized, If possible get your spouse's name added to your passport, and vice versa . Send these to high commission.
