canada immigration from france

hello,
i am indian origin. i would like to submit immigration application from France.
can someone tell me how much total time will it take for immigration on the base of Skilled worker ? can someone guide how to fill up the application form of SW especially work experience part?

Are you a French citizen?

Can you speak French? If so, look at Quebec: http://www.immq.gouv.qc.ca

points for knowing french and english

as posted above quebec vaules the french speaker its worth points.
the federal citizenship canada gives points for reading writing and speacking english and even more points for french.
