Cancelling my Indian hubby's visa

Hey guys. I am currently married but preparing to divorce my husband b/c of abuse. I got married in April 2010 in India, went back to South Korea to finish 2 more months of work (I worked there for 2 years before I met my hubby), then came back & lived with my hubby for 9 months in India.

My hubby started to get abusive...So I left him in March of this year (2011). We only lived together 9 months, & have been apart already for 10.

I am from America. We started applying for his visa, first w/ the i130 first, which got approved in March. Now we are on the Affadavit of Support. I want to cancel his visa. How do I do that? I look forward to your response. Thank you.
