I cant send original documents for claiming senior level poi

I cant send original documents for claiming senior level poi

Hello All,

I am claimimng 50 points for 4 years experience & 1 year at senior level.

For senior level i am providing following evidences:

* I am Technical Director in a company (Board of director) So for evidence i will supply copy of company registration certificate, stating board of directors & shares of directors in company.

* A copy of Minutes of meetings stating roles of directors & their duties. (So it will clearly indicate my job responsibilities)

* Organization chart. showing that how many employees i was managing. (17 employees)

* The projects details finalized by me with our customers. (the contract were signed by customer & marketing manager)

* Appointment Letters issued by me to appoint staff in my department.

* Notices issued by me to my department.

* Service tax form deposited by company past month.

* Minutes of meetings stating the meeting held between board of directors.

* Customer testimonials for our company (in these letters they have mentioned my name)

* I was guest in IT seminar at an Engineering College. I have Thanks giving letter from college & news paper article.

My question is that i cannot provide the original documents of company papers. Because company laws do not allow me to send any of the above documents. Now what should i do.

Suggest me that will above documents can claim me senior level points?

Will Copy of above mentioned documents can satisfy them?

Should i send the notarized copy of all above documents?

Dear Hiren,

I think the docuemnts are more than enough to prove your role. You can defintely state in a covering letter about the company poliocy and your inability to send original documents. You can definitely send the Notarised copy in this case, at least i think so.
