CARTA DI SOGGIRNO FOR UK VISA

Hey Everyone,

As I am applying for UK visa, I was just wondering if I could use my Carta di soggirno(ITALIAN PR) as an additional document to my file. My real concern is that will this Italian PR play any role in getting the visa easily? I am an Indian citizen and want to travel to UK as I am invited for a wedding. I even have an declaration form approved by a lawyer in UK which stats me and my spouse name on it. HOW EASY IS IT FOR ME TO GET THE VISA...JUST DONT WANNA BE REFUSED!!!!
PLZZ HELP!!!!
