case BHC islamabad and abu dhabi not responding?

case BHC islamabad and abu dhabi not responding?

I got a letter with my passport asking to resubmit medical. It has a few email addresses on it.

I have emailed them (i.e. BHC abu dhabi and islamabad) asking a question but there has been no response from them and it has been more than 1 week.

Is it happening to every one or its just my case?
