there is nothing as primary approval. They do not disclose the decision in any means except for the decision letter addressed to you. I doubt if you received a mail saying that yours application is with case worker. They are still hanging around march. So you may have to wait for 1 more month before your case goes to case worker.
Also please do not start a new topic again and again on the same topic. I saw that many people replied to your post in your last column "mean" and you didn't reply back instead started another topic with same content.
