one more thing ad we have mentioned we own this house there is no requirement which says provide mortgage statement or title deed etc to proof it…

is it how it is suppose to be or should just upload title dead and mortgage letter and statement as an extra bits just in case or no need??

Your mentioning will not just be accepted, you have to back it up with evidence as burden of proof always lies on the applicant.
Upload the documents you stated above.

Where the title dead and mortgage letter statement should be uploaded? there are two section I suppose where this could go

1. cost of accommodation
2. Extra supporting docs (optional)

what we are supposed to provide under this requirement???

Evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the uk where you live or will live??

sorry for inconvenience but just want to double check if only bank statement would work here or should I upload some recent utility bills as well?

also as we do our grocery shopping or other patty expenses from our credit cards so do we need to provide their statements in the costs? I may be over thinking with all this

Hi one more thing which is different than my previous application.

Although they didnt ask for marriage certificate, do we have to provide this voluntarily? should I upload this in extra supporting docs or is it also now a back dated thing to upload marriage certificate and they can verify this online as well?

Although they might have it already in their data system from my previous FLRM application date when it was must mandatory section.

Upload it anywhere, all documents you provided in support of application should be seen to by the CW/ECO.

thanks amazonian 🙂

I might be overthinking it just to avoid any delays in the event of anything CW might want to see and it is missing and then waste time requesting for it.

A few hours before the appointment I suppose don't know the exact time.

I have booked the biometric appointment only so just wondering How long this appointment will last?

I can understand from guidelines that only one person allowed but does not say anything about infant?

are you allowed to take one infant with you?

The appointment is booked per application I believe. So if you have dependants as part of the same application, then it is an appointment for all. Children do not need to give their fingerprints if they are under 5 when they apply.

I have read the guidelines which says the docs should be upload before you attend your appointment which to my understanding is to the very last minute of your appointment is your deadline time. not sure if i interpret correctly

It might as well be the case, as documents are submitted by appointment centre staff once they're uploaded less than 48 hours before the appointment (ie you don't have a "Submit" button).

yes correct we do not have the choice to submit the docs before attending appointment. and there are further guidelines which says that at the time of appointment i can request and agree with the centre to submit the application late until 22:00 of the day of appointment and upload the docs before that time.

Not sure if this is practical option or someone has exercise this option before but that what the guidelines says.
