Category B salaried employment same employer

Hi,

I need some advice please. Can I apply via category B regardless of whether or not I am a salaried employee with the same employer for more than 12 months?

Is there anyone who has had a successful application this way?

Basically my pay per month has varied due to increments, pay rises, new job within same company (same job title), and deductions due to annual leave buyback. I can’t meet the requirements through category A because my lowest gross pay in that 6 month period was £1302, however if I add up all of the last 12 months pay I get £18,721 gross, and I am currently earning above £18,600.

Please can someone advise who has a similar experience?

My wife did her English test in July 2014, so it should be valid till November 5, but the centre where she did her course has told her that someone else has had their Visa rejected due to the certificate expiring??? And the appeal was also refused, so now they are doing the IELTS course. Has anyone heard of this happening? The person was from Mirpur apparently.

Has anyone heard of the test expiring before?
