CCj and Defaults

I have couple of loans and credit cards which I'm not making any payments since June 2009.
I got my tier1 visa on oct 2009 and coming for the renewals in oct 2011.
I checked my credit report I have not got any CCj yet but all the accounts says defaulted except 2 bank accounts.
Can I apply for the renewals next year? will this credit problem going to make ant issues.
I would appreciate if any one can help me with this.

unless court cases r going on or a jugment passed against u otherwise u can apply

even in court cases u can mention yr situation to get relife from ho in extn

Can you please explain me in detail. Will the home office will check for defaults or ccj?
I have read some comments saying that they will not take these into account unless if it some thing to do with criminal.

CCJ - you don't have any (yet), as you state.
Defaults - irrelevant to the application.

As far as I know I have not got any ccj. I checked my credit report only on last month.
Will this cause any problems to renew my visa. If there any where in the application they ask for ccj (civil) I know they do ask for criminal.
Will home office do any credit checks on my name. I know they might do a CRB check where I checked with the CRB they said they wont do credit check but they will do a police system check which is totally a difference system.
