CCJ and waiting period

Hi
CCJ is not a criminal offence (unless you also got fine but that was not the case). Therefore I ask you is there any waiting period before you can apply for citizenship?
I know that the thing to do is to translate CCJ (she had it outside UK) attach to application together with proof of the debt being paid.
But do We have to wait some time before We can do it or We can apply next day after repaying the debt?
