Post by Friend_4321 » Mon Apr 13, 2009 9:31 pm

Hi People,

I am in just as ugly situation as most of you all are in....Just wanted to know if someone can help me out....

My PSW Rejection from CCL came on the 4th Feb and by the 16th of Feb i applied for appeal through my solicitor...

I still have not received a hearing date yet and i do not know what to do next....

Just wanted to know....Should i wait and see what happens in relation to the Hearing Date.....

can someone please help me and advice me on what to do next...

Thanks alot...

CCL cases are not getting any hearing dates. You dont need to do any thing else just wait for any letter from HO and prepare your case. Be in touch with your solicitor.

As the HO can't prove that the students were involved with this thing and they are not victims, so u can still win if u appeal. but if ur current visa is still valid then apply for a student visa. I know couple of guys who applied for PSW from Oxford/Cambridge college won their appeals already. it doesnot matter if u apply for psw or student visa, i think they will refuse ur application. So appeal is the only chance for u, hire a good lawyer as you dont have too many options. but it will cost u 1000-2000 gbp.

but, if ur visa is still valid then you can get an admission at a good college, u can argue that u r a genuine student now if u still can't get student visa. good luckkk
