CCL student Confused

Hi to all


i did apply for PSW from CCL in October 2008 and received refuse in January 2009
But my visa is still valid till October 2009 and now I am studying in one Business College in advance diploma

My friend is pretty sure that if I send my extension for student visa I will get visa because if HO don’t except your privies qualification so should believe this .because I have some short diploma in 2007 and one I studying now it might help me

I request all expert please give me right suggestion what shall I do
Shall go for student extension?

Or

I am going to get marriage with Latvians girl, which she here as student
From last two months
I did spoke about this with one solicitor he sys you have short of time at least you must have 90 days valid visa and min is left only 2 months

So plz advise me what shall I do in these to option’s

Alibaba i am not an immigration expert, but what ever i had experince recently, i would say if you apply for student extension, you will be possibaly refused due to 322(2) from ccl hostory (which is now very much clear from Test case as well), before the test case decision it was descrection of case work, that how much they trust on you or your documents to make decision. but now they have to refuse you.
since you are left with few options, now it's up to you, how to play your cards now.

might be i am wrong, but it's just an experinced opinion.

but ,what you think obout option 2 there is any idea ?

2nd option is your own choice, as per immigration rules, you should have 90 days in current leave, its better to check www.ukba.homeoffice.co.uk and discus with competent solicitor,

In option no 2, you may/may not be granted COA due to the fact that you are ONLY doing it to settle in UK.

There is no harm in trying especially its FREE now.

I will also be applying for COA in a few days.
