Certificate of Application (CoA) in Lounes PSS

Hi,
I have received my CoA, after my paper application to PSS in Lounes Case.

In the CoA, it is not clearly stated if I am eligible to work in the UK until the decision is made. It only gives a link for employers, who can check it. But it doesn’t look convincing. And generally these links are always problematic (for instance viewing the rights to work website is completely down).

Are there anyone who recently got CoA here (normal PSS or Lounes/Zambrano cases-paper applications) and their employers accepted their CoA as a proof of working eligibility?

Does it depend on your employers?

My paper application can take up to 6 months, so it’s important to know.
