Tb certificate for 3 months newborn

Hi

I am currently on Skilled worker visa and planning to have a childbirth in India. I will be travelling back to UK along with child within 3 months of childbirth and will need to apply for his/her visa.
Do I need a TB certificate for child born in India but is less than 6 months old?
