SC Certificate !

Dear Members,

Got my PR /ILR under HSMP JR 2 weeks ago. would like to know how can i apply & get the SC certificate as im in a situation that i m going to lose my current job . but i there are openings in my field , but every / most of the opening requires SC certificate.
so wondering how to get this done ? / Am i eligible to get this SC Certificate done under ILR ?

Yes, but u need an employer on List-X to apply for it - u can't as an individual. So it's a catch 22 situation I'm afraid.

I've had to take a permie job to get it, it's ongoing now.
