Re: Certificate of Travel (black)

Hey there,
I have just been granted a 2.5 years spouse visa in the UK. I am a Lebanese. I tried renewing my passport at the Lebanese embassy in London however i was refused a passport and wasn't given a reason why I was refused. I asked them to put it down in writing in a letter saying that I was refused a passport they said no. I don't have any travel document at the moment and I want to apply for a Certificate of travel. The problem is that they need proof that I was refused a passport by my embassy. So I am not really sure what I can do.

I would be grateful fr any advice.
