CFA as a referee for UK citizenship

Hi all,

Would you know if a CFA holder will qualify as a referee for UK citizenship? It can be argued that he is a member of a professional body and also financial intermediary, would you agree?

Thank you Amber - I have seen this list but it is slightly confusing and doesn't really specify with regards to CFA. It is a professional body but I am not entirely sure it can be accepted. Has anyone ever used CFA as a referee or heard anyone else has used it?

Anyone? I would really appreciate if you could provide some guidance. By misfortune, I have several people with CFA qualifications who would be happy to be my referees but other than that I don't have any fiends with other suitable professions or qualifications! :|
