Although ,I believe home office can contact through Email but is it mandatory/suggested to inform them of new address

we are not asylum seekers who are liable to be detained and I am sure we are not bound to provide them our address. People change address all the times and I have not seen that they provide the address other than them people whose application in process. So just Chilax.
