Change address in SMS is not enough

This is just an experience to everyone who will change office address.

Our office moved 1 year ago to a new address. We did change address in Sponsor management system and following UKBA instruction.

However, 2 weeks ago I applied for tier-2 Extension. I haven't got any biometric letter so far. I emailed them asking to make sure my documents has been arrived. They phoned me and said the biometric letter was sent last week to old office address. Oh dear, they ask me to go to UKBA website\contact and changed address in UK. I wonder the system work quite independent.

Anyways, I need to call them on Monday to ask for re-sending because in last conversation, I thought the mail will resend to the new address but the redirect-period was finished 1 month ago.
