Change of address

I have applied for the Flr FP 10 year route since December 2021 and still waiting for a decision. I have recently changed my address and I am wondering if it is best to wait till I can get a decision through my email or contact home office now to change my address?

The reason why I am asking this is that I don't want home office to start asking for proof of address documents which may further cause a delay in the decision making. I have been waiting for 8 months now. Thanks
