change in appearance

Hi,

I am going for my Tier 1 visa extension in 2 weeks time to Croydon PEO, but few months back I had done hair grafting. So, will this hair grafting be considered as a change in appearance. If yes, then will this affect my tier 1 visa extn? Therefore please suggest, should I go for a new passport before I apply for visa extn?

I got a letter from the hair treatment company and mentioned it in the list of additional documents so that at least I would have something to show to case worker in case if he/she had asked about my change in appearance due to hair treatment. Anyway, All went well. Case worker didn't ask me anything. I think, the letter worked fine in my case.
