Change of Course

Hi

When i applied for the visa i was studying Higher National Diploma but now after receiving my visa i changed my course to PgD in Leadership & management.
I am still studying in the same college they have accepted my application for PgD and i have also received the registration number from the awarding body (cmi).

I just want to know if i should inform home office or not.

If yes then how can i inform them.
