change of employer tier 2

hi
I have a tier 2 visa for three years under a particular employer. After six months i had quit the job and returned to my home country. after three months of stay at my home country , I have a got a new employer willing to sponsor me another tier 2. Can i reenter Uk and apply for change of employer as my BRP shows valid.Will i be questioned at entry? i don't know whether my previous sponsor has informed the UKVI or not? Is there any chance of rejection of a tier 2 by UKVI?

there is high chance (near certainty) that u will be refused entry at port. With such a long absence, they will certainly ask if u are still employed, and if u say yes, entry should be denied. If u say no, it will be false information and deception.
U should wait for another 3 months, and after u have been out of uk for 12 months, u can apply for new tier 2
