WP - Change of Employment

Hi,

I currently working for "Company A" and got a offer from "Company B". The new company has started the process of applying the WP. I had agreed to join the new company end of march. Due to personal problems i want to travel to India during mid of march for 2 weeks so that i can come back and join the new company assuming my WP goes well. If i get WP i was planning to go to PRO to get FLR.

My queries are,
- How long would it take for the WP process. I am in the UK for past 3 yrs and the new job is the same job that i had been currently working for the past 2 yrs.
- Is it possible to go in person to PRO for getting FLR (Same day service?)
- If i get the new FLR will my current FLR will become invalid?

I was planning to comeback inadvance couple of days before my new job starts. Is it possile to get the VISA few days before the start day of the new job?

I am very confused abt what is the best way to proceed! I would appreciate any help / advice

1. how long is the WP processing? depends on each situation... from 1 week to 8 weeks (especially if HO requires additional info from company)

2. Yes it is possible to apply personally at the PEO office in Croydon but you need to make an appoitment scheduled before going to PEO. If there is a problem with your docs then you will not be able to get same day approval

3. As soon asthe new WP has been granted, immediately file the FLR application. once the WP team acknowledges your payment and gave a reference number, send an urgent treatment fax to them.
