Change of Employment

Hi-
I have been working for company A from India and had come for onshore assignment in 2011 ( I had left UK in 2011) and again in 2013 ( currently I am in UK).

Below are my visa details :
i)sponsored by company A:
Type: Visa Tier 2 (ICT)Established Staff
Number of entries: Multiple
Valid From : 11/2/2011
Valid UpTo: 12/9/2011
I left UK in 2011.

ii)sponsored by company A:
Type: Visa Tier 2 (ICT) Long Term Staff Migrant
Number of entries: Multiple
Valid From : 30/11/2013
Valid UpTo: 30/06/2015
Currently I am in UK from 1st dec 2013 and working for company A.


Can I change my employment from company A to company B, in UK , if company B is willing to Sponsor me ?
If Yes, is there any workaround to avoid 12 months cooling period ( if applicable)?

PS: MY Job code is "2135 IT business analysts, architects and systems designers " and it comes under Occupations skilled at NQF level 6 and it is listed in "Tier 2 Shortage Occupation List – Government-approved version – valid from 6 April 2014"
