Sorry if this has been asked/answered elsewhere...I did a search but could not find it.

How does an employer inform UKBA of change in job title and/or responsiblities for a work permit holder (old style) if the employer is not on the list of sponsors (new style)?

Change of job responsibilities may require a new application for leave to remain under PBS. Likewise, for job title (e.g. - promotion, a new role with different responsibilities altogether).

what about if you change to a different branch within the same company, still doing the same role and hours, just a different branch in a different city for the obvious reason of you wanting to relocate to a bigger city? do you need to do any paper work?
