I have the Indefinite leave to remain Travel document but its on a A4 size paper not on my passport . I applied for a NTL transfer to my Iranian passport along with the original deed poll paper + all of the supporting documents, my application was refused after 2 month . the case worker explained that my passport is showing my old name X XX and i am requesting my ILR to be issued with my christian name Y YY therefore he refused the application.

my problem is that Iranian embassy will not change my name to christian name in the Iran passport no matter what, also due to political issues the embassy is closed .

my question is that what choices do i have ? (i may mention as it has been over 12 month since 'ive been grated ILR i am entitle to apply for naturalisation).

Is there any ways that i can request UKBA to reissue me with a new ILR document on a A4 paper having my christian name on it?
