Hi All,
My wife will join me shortly on dependant visa. She has got her maiden name in her passport and visa. I want to change that in UK. I checked indian embassy website which says that she has to apply for new passport to change her name subsequent to marriage. Has anyone here done this before ? Does she has to apply for TOC stamp after getting new passport ? What documents are required for the procedure. I really appreciate any help.
