Change in the employee job title

Dear Zimba and Marcnath

I had number of employees before the tier 1 ext and some of them continued working after the extension. Can i change the job titles and roles of these employees after my extension was granted,when i apply for ILR. As in my extension application i had written their job title different from the present. HO has their record from my previous application.
