Change Visa Turista por EEA (FM)

Hi, I have a friend, she's no EU citizen but she's married to a Spanish citizen. They are moving yo UK BUT she has a Turist Visa. She can apply for change that visa living in UK? Her husband is gonna be working. Cheers, RM

Which country issued the tourist visa?

To enter UK with an EEA national a Family Permit would be appropriate.

Which country issued the tourist visa?

She got Turist visa in Venezuela from UK embassy. She didn't know anything about Family Permit. His flight is in 2 weeks

If entering UK on visit visa (UK immigration laws) a visitor would be expected to leave again at the end of the visit.

To enter UK with an EEA national (& planning to stay in UK) the non-EEA national is expected to apply for an EEA Family Permit.
