Changed application to spouse visa

Hello all,

Here’s what has happened so far:

- April 2018 - submitted application from the UK, shortly after home office asked for biometrics which were submitted
- June 2018 - had an appointment to request to be married in the UK (fiancé had no status at all apart from pending application).
- September 2018 - home office approved marriage
- October 2018 - we were married in the UK
- November 2018 - solicitor wrote to home office with change of circumstances (ie we are married)

We have heard nothing from home office since. How long should we expect to wait?

I have now found out I am pregnant so the solicitor is going to inform home office of this. It’s becoming very stressful.

For information, I am British born and my husband is from Albania.

Is there a way for me to chase them up myself?
